The striking propaganda art created by <strong>branding\nagencies<\/strong> and governments during both the World Wars has created a form of\nposter making that is now studied in art and <strong>graphic design schools<\/strong>\ntoday. These posters were primarily created to increase support for the war efforts,\nbut they also used to warn the public about dangers of disease and\ncontamination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With\nthe rise of the <strong>internet<\/strong> and <strong>digital marketing<\/strong>, public safety\nannouncements have found new avenues of reaching out to target audiences. <strong>Social\nmedia platforms<\/strong> have become a powerful tool for influencing public opinion.\nCoronavirus, with its fast spread and fatal outcome created a panic amongst\ncivilians and led to a lot of misinformation. This is where <strong>digital\nmarketing agencies<\/strong> and <strong>online advertising agencies<\/strong> are stepping up\nto the task of making the public aware. A serious initiative was taken up by\nJohnson &amp; Johnson, one of the world leaders in hygiene and wellness\nproducts, medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods. In\naddition to showcasing safety tips, they also donated masks among the masses.\nThis act can be seen as a good example of corporate social responsibility.
