Owing to a huge clutter created by multiple real estate players in the same vicinity, the project was struggling to create a traction despite having a great product. The created a roadblock in the sales process.


We looked at solving this issue by directly bringing the project to a highly relevant populace that was pocketed around Aundh, Baner, Hinjawadi, Wakad, Punawale, PCMC.

We conceptualized a 2 Day Event with the famous stand –up comic artist Zakir Khan as the star attraction. The event also had food stalls & trucks, flea market, live music, movie screening, games for kids as engagement for the audience. The promotion of the event was exclusively done through the Digital Medium for 50 precise days.


Staggering 7000 footfalls at the Project giving it a huge boost in terms of awareness and exposure.
