About Us | 3 Dots Design - Advertising Agency in Pune

We are a collective of diverse expertise, backgrounds, cultures, & perspectives.

And what binds us together
is one simple human act.

A SMILE.

Since 2015, we have believed that the truest measure of our success is the smile it creates, whether, on the faces of our employees or our clients. Because beyond campaigns, awards, or numbers, a smile reflects something deeper. That is, people's confidence, trust and ease in the journey or the outcome. We are an independent advertising agency headquartered in Pune, with a presence in Hyderabad.

Meet The Thinkers

Leadership

Rakesh Raisinghani

Managing Director

For Rakesh, design was never meant to be judged on looks alone. His view is direct: in a world this cluttered, design earns its place only if it works, not just if it's noticed.

Abhijeet Mehta

Creative Account Director

Abhijeet's brief to the team is harder than it sounds, simplicity that doesn't sacrifice distinction. Every brand that walks through the door wants to stand apart. His job is making sure the work earns that, without unnecessary noise.

THE SQUAD THAT THINKS HUMAN

The team at 3 Dots Design is a composite of professionals, each carrying an average of 15 years' experience, across Pune and Hyderabad. Around them sits a wider team built the same way, seasoned, category-agnostic, and equipped to deliver clutter-breaking work for every client mandate that comes through the door. We also count our vendor partners and associates as part of this team, not vendors we manage, but an extended family that lets us stand behind every brand we take on.
