The product's USP, of neo-rural Konkani life was taken ahead by the team of 3 Dots Design and Konkan Trails to create a campaign - 51 Acres of Pure Konkan Life.
The thought was simple — what if we could weave the number "51" and Konkan’s simple living into the very fabric of our design and messaging?
The goal was to highlight the 51 Acres area of the project as not just a number, but a symbol of the vastness, while also bringing the spotlight on the Konkan’s neo-rural lifestyle that this project offers alongside.
We got a bit playful with our creativity, embedding "51" into words in a way that made people do a double-take, making it the star of the show. Phrases like ‘Hear the birds sing’ or ‘Sit by the seaside everyday‘ smartly showcased S&I together as 51, while talking about the charming experiences you can enjoy at Konkan Trails.
We played with the words and visuals equally, highlighting the local games, cuisines and even project architecture, and literally gave the audience more than 51 reasons to choose Konkan Trails.
The magic of this campaign was in the details. It didn’t just tell people about Konkan Trails; it invited them to experience it. By weaving a story around ‘51 acres of Pure Konkan Life’ into our visuals and messaging, we created a playful, memorable connection with our audience, while emphasising on the project’s USP.
