Being considered in the outskirts, Ambegaon was not much known. Whereas, GV7 aspired to change the scenario in the locale with their upcoming project. An attempt to create magic with the construction of a new township was not an easy task to pull.
Having launched 4 phases successfully, the 5th wasn’t permitted to be launched under the same banner. And that’s exactly where we came into the picture!
New branding was crafted in the name of – ‘KUTUMB’. Advertisement through variants such as newspapers, hoardings, and radio spots was efficiently executed and launched. Site branding, site office branding, website brochures, emailers, paper inserts and more possible ways were pressed to make the needful impact and create buzz before the launch.
Report cards came to us in absolutely vibrant colours. On the launch day, GV7 registered 107 walk-ins. Immediately, next day after the launch, the number graphed up to a whopping 172 walk-ins. The best part – GV7 was successful in selling 83 flats in just the matter of 2 days!
