A recent survey has revealed that people working in advertising and brand communication, spend comparatively more time in their respective offices than any other profession. Not only that, they are more addicted to their work and physically and emotionally more attached to their workplace.
Frankly speaking, there hasn’t been any survey or anything of that sort…
But when we start the communication saying that, readers pay more attention and get hooked on to it immediately. But humour apart…we are more than sure that, had there been such a survey conducted, the results would be very much the same!!
When we spread the word internally in our office and asked our colleagues to react, their engagement time differed from person to person but all of them unanimously seconded the thought of 3 Dots being their favourite professional hangout, they are indeed physically & emotionally tremendously attached to! So what was the theory that had been applied to make this happen? What is the psychological framework that inspires people to be on their toes even at the late hours of the day? What is the magic mantra because of which everyone working here carries the passion of ‘Thank God. IT’s a Working Day!’??
The answer is a big smile. And just one feeling that could probably recapitulate everything is –
‘WE LOVE WHAT WE DO and WE ALSO LOVE BEING TOGETHER…!’
