The Rotary Club of Nigdi chose 3 dots design to organise their annual event. At the end they realized that their choice was right!

Organising an event is indeed a challenge and an opportunity.  Especially, for an ad agency like us. The one that creates continuous communication through 360 degree advertising. You really have to put yourself in the client’s shoes. Feel one with the event…every little thing that its success depends on. One slack moment, a bit of oversight can be detrimental. So, you have to be on your guard. Very vigilant.  Right from the start…till the last moment of execution.

Runathon of Hope- We ran the extra mile!

Organising ‘Runathon of Hope’ –an annual mega event by Rotary Club of Nigdi has been a challenging task. And equally rewarding. Rotary Club is an international organisation dedicated to a humanitarian cause. We have been doing the branding and promoting the event for them since past three years. It’s our little way of doing our bit for the society. So, we look forward to it every year. Our true reward lies in their continual trust in us.

 

Runathon 2017-18

This year, we had to pull up our socks. To add more pace to the event.  Reason? A spurt of similar events.  We did a full -fledged survey to define our target audience and it marked a wide stretch. From the youth of PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) to the IT professionals from Hinjewadi and Talawade.  The inclusion of the blue collared people from industries in the target group too lent a special dimension to the event.

Online and offline promotion

Onlline: 

Twitter poll, CSR presentation, Facebook Posts, Instagram.

Offline:

Logo design, CSR presentation, a colourful brochure, standees, banners, outdoor hoardings, leaflets.

Outcome:   

• Sponsorship from biggies like Bridgestone Tyres, Sandvik Asia, Syska LED, and many more.
• Significant number of registrations
• Awareness about the event throughout Pune

For the actual event:

Collaterals including tee-shirts, number bibs, way boards, roadmaps, backdrop etc.

We reached the finishing point and we were all smiles!

After all that running around, we reached our goal… and there would be more challenges to take head on…and the fact is, we can hardly wait!
