In-Fine-Eight: A Recap Of The Year : Part One

Eight years of evolving in the ad-space through our creative excellent communication strategies and building strong presence for brands, we have  come a long way! 3 Dots Design has certainly left an impressive mark in the advertising, marketing and brand space in Pune. We are grateful for all the love and support that has poured in from employees, clients, vendors and everyone who has been a part of our family.

As we enter the ninth year of glory, paving way to eternity; here are the accomplishments from last year.

  1. Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd.

Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd.is one of the most renowned real estate brands, with 200+ remarkable projects in both residential and commercial sectors. It is the creative and strategic acumen that enables us to forge a strong brand presence for Paranjape.

  • Nature’s Theatrical Experience

Forest Trails by Paranjape Schemes is one of their flagship projects. It is a 190+ acre township nestled amidst lush greenery. The township comprises a diversity of flora and fauna making it a mesmerizing site to behold in monsoon. As a part of their Monsoon campaign, we conceptualized- “Nature’s Theatrical Experience”. The objective was to bring joy to Punekars rejoicing the beauty of Monsoon. All the hoardings, digital campaigns, print ads and radio ads revolved around the dramatic effect of nature that comes alive during the rainy season.

  • Mega Land Expo (MLE)

 This was a one-its kind expo for plots,villas and holiday homes in Maharashtra by Paranjape Schemes. We developed an entire 360-degree communications campaign for it. The response was quite overwhelming as they sold more than 400 plots of which 100 were sold on the first day.

  • Festivals of Bestivals

 Paranjape Schemes organized one of Pune’s biggest property festivals from August to October 2022. They announced incredible offers across all their projects ranging from affordable to premium commercial and residential spaces. With the intent of showcasing the “best of Paranjape”

 We launched a campaign called “Festivals of Bestivals”. All the digital ad sets, print ads, hoardings, social media posts highlighted each individual project. We were able to garner more than 150 bookings through our campaign and it was indeed one of the highlights this year.

Along with these three campaigns, we also ran various campaigns all year long across Pune and Mumbai.

  1. HS Group

HS Group is one of the leading real estate developers in PCMC areas.

DND Homes

The HS Group launched a new splendid project with well-planned homes, designed with a layout that had no common walls, no homes facing each other and 4 flats per floor. We coined the Codename: DND for this project meaning “Do Not Disturb”,as all the features were intricately planned to ensure privacy, exclusivity and panoramic views. This was a very successful campaign which was well received by many.

  1. Vatashi

Vatashi is a car air purifier that emerged out of parent company- Pune Polymers. They believed in “Make in India” for India to “Clean India” and drive out indoor pollution.

Similar products already existed in the market, hence the challenge was to provide a unique positioning for it. 3 Dots Design played a vital role in creating  a unique brand identity for Vatashi Mini as a brand that is not for the car, but for the people using it. This campaign ensured a strong brand presence in PAN-India.

Looking back at all that we accomplished brings immense joy and pride to us all. At 3 Dots Design, one gets to work in an atmosphere where you make the most of your hard work and creativity. It is our creative acumen that helps build strong brand reputation and stronger relations with our clients. Here’s to embarking upon a new year of success!
