- Mangalam Landmarks
It was founded in 2013 with an aim to create a bond of mutual trust and reputation with its stakeholders. Mangalam Landmarks is one of the top real estate developers in Pune.
Mangalam Melizma
This is a new residential project of 2 & 3 BHK upscale homes at Kiwale, Pune. We coined the name ‘Melizma’ for their project revolving around a musical theme. Suggesting a ‘Melodious life, inside out’, where amenities, key features add on to the symphony of a musical living experience. We created the pre-launch and launch event collaterals. We also designed a corporate brochure, landing page and social media campaigns were planned around a musical theme. We also ran paid campaigns through Google Ads for effective lead generation. The campaign was well appreciated with over 6,07,235 impressions reaching over 1,44,288 persons.

- Siddhivinayak Group
Founded in 1987, The Siddhivinayak Group is known for developing visionary real estate spaces in Pune. They build high-quality residential and commercial spaces within an affordable area in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon and adjoining areas of Pune.
Second Income Shops
We developed the idea of ‘second income shops’ for their retail spaces at Vision 9 & Vision 7 at Pimple Saudagar. These spaces were designed to help the urban middle class embark on their entrepreneurial journey. The entire campaign entailed the advantage of having two sources of income. For instance, “First income may feed your family, the second income feeds your future.” We designed the hoardings, landing pages, and print ads in newspapers around the profitability of owning second income shops at their retail spaces. We also ran paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram for lead generation. We successfully generated 427 leads, 13,15,917 impressions and reached over 3,81,616 accounts within two months.

They have three decades of established legacy building excellent residential & commercial spaces.
RGS Forte: Sample Floor #GetFloored
RGS Realty launched a residential project RGS Forte, exclusive 3 BHK homes with premium amenities in Wakad. These homes are intricately planned to deliver beyond customers’s expectations. Where most developers were showcasing a sample flat, the group designed a Sample Floor. A one-of-a-kind concept that gained popularity amongst Punekars. We coined the hashtag GetFloored along with the positioning line ‘while others are busy making a sample flat, we’ve got a sample floor to floor you!’. We ran many outdoor ads, digital ads, and social media posts around the theme.
- Bookstation
Bookstation is a one-stop solution to buy books online that are printed and published across the world. One can also get books exclusively found at AppaBalwantChowk, Pune. They promise to deliver books in five hours within the Pune & PCMC area and take 3-4 days for country wide delivery.
Brand positioning for Bookstation
The challenge was to make Bookstation synonymous with online book buying in Pune and all over India.
We ran digital, outdoor and print campaigns around advantageous features like; getting books delivered across several locations in Pune, availability of books of all genres and authors, the ease of buying books online that get delivered in 5 hours. The play on words leveraging the cultural aspects of Pune made it an effective campaign. The tactical campaigns offering monthly giveaways, meet and greet with authors along with refer & earn features made it successful. The campaign gained an overwhelming response within a month. Over 6,000+ app installs, a reach of around 52,934 users and a total of 1,246+ orders.
